Digital Products

All products sold on Bazar Bhara are digital products, including but not limited to:

  • Reels Bundles

  • Video Bundles

  • E-books

  • Templates

  • Digital Downloads

  • Social Media Resources

As these products are delivered electronically, they cannot be physically returned.

Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment made for the same order.

  • Payment successfully completed but product not delivered.

  • Technical issues on our side preventing access to the purchased product.

  • Incorrect billing due to a system error.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Accidental purchases made by the customer.

  • Failure to read the product description before purchasing.

  • Customer dissatisfaction after successful delivery.

  • Inability to use the product due to lack of technical knowledge.

  • Sharing, downloading, or accessing the product after purchase.

Returns

Since all products are digital in nature, returns are not accepted.

Once a digital product has been delivered, downloaded, or accessed, it is considered used and cannot be returned.

Refund Processing

If a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider and banking system.

Fraud Prevention

Bazar Bhara reserves the right to refuse refund requests in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, unauthorized claims, or violation of our Terms & Conditions.
